Bridge CRE research is created by industry leader, Brendan Carroll. Throughout Brendan’s 20-year career, he has helped both landlord and tenant clients identify opportunities using a deeply analytical approach to the real estate business. Having held similar roles at firms such as Transwestern RBJ, Brendan has used analytics to detect property mispricings, advise on timing and point out trends identifiable through sophisticated methods.
In addition to quarterly market reports, we specialize in creating customized reports helping clients make informed location selection decisions. Some products include: Perry CRE Geo, Perry CRE Gosaic, Custom Mapping and Zip Code Analysis.

For over fourteen years Matt has concentrated his efforts on providing comprehensive real estate services to lab users. He has extensive experience in executing complex projects consisting of leasing, strategic facility planning/consulting, acquisitions and financing. Matt’s expertise in translating scientific needs into facilities and dedicated problem-solving skills has enhanced his ability to add value to transactions through skilled and professional advice, superior negotiating skills and unique technical aptitude.
Drew has three years of experience focusing on life science tenant representation where he has exceled at streamlining the real estate process for his clients, so they can focus on what is most important – bringing their products to market. Drew has a strong business development background and values his ability to maintain client relationships in life science clusters across the United States. Having roots in Boston and greater New England, Drew is excited to bring his strong negotiating skills and life science facility knowledge to the premier cluster in the world.
Mekae is an Advisor at Bridge providing responsive client service and assisting in crafting optimal, customized workspace solutions. In previous roles, Mekae has provided complex business to business services for a diverse array of clients as they look to adapt to new technology conditions. Mekae lives in Somerville, and originally hails from Maine.
